CARE AND CONDITION OF EQUIPMENT:
All Vespoli USA equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Any existing damage is marked on the accompanying packing list. The program is liable for any new damage, missing parts or cleaning. Any and all repairs must be performed by Vespoli USA.

INSURANCE:
Insurance in the amount of the full replacement value must be carried on all Vespoli USA equipment IF this equipment travels on a NON Vespoli trailer. If you are unable to insure the boat we can provide insurance through Vespoli for a small fee.
A copy of the Certificate of Insurance or confirmation of insurance must be received before the boats travel on a NON Vespoli trailer. Vespoli USA must be named as the first loss payee.
