Vespoli is Proudly

Employee owned & American made

Vespoli is proudly made in America, with roots firmly planted in New Haven, Connecticut since 1980. Frustrated by the limitations of imported boats, founder Mike Vespoli chose to bring production stateside, pioneering the manufacture of carbon fiber racing shells in the U.S. From its inception, the company has been committed to American craftsmanship, assembling a dedicated team of engineers, former rowers, and boat builders who understand the unique demands of the sport.

In 2016, Mike Vespoli - after many years of leading the boat building industry - left the company he founded, but not before first calling up the Vespoli spirit of innovation and creating an employee stock ownership program. Every Vespoli employee is now an employee-owner, with a newfound commitment to customer satisfaction and boat building ingenuity.
